Personnel Department Mission Statement
The mission statement for City of Lawrence Personnel Department is to support the City's mission, goals and objectives and day-to-day operations; facilitate change and provide human resources programs, systems, services and consultation to city managers; in order to help create an environment which promotes accountability, involvement, organization alignment, diversity and high performance. We have three guiding principles: Customer Service, Value-added, Integrity.
